I have almost two decades of experience helping people just like you, reach and exceed their fitness goals. Training for Life w/CK is about making fitness a part of your life. I am passionate about creating personalized programs that help people live their strongest and healthiest lives.

My Story
Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Training for Life w/CK is exactly that- maintaining and building both fitness and confidence no matter what life throws at you. As a coach, I have the privilege of working with people with various levels of backgrounds.
I've helped individuals achieve their goals and reach their potential. Whatever your background or aspirations, I'm here to support you on your journey to success.

In my teens I won my first national title and continued my passion in athletics. I began coaching high school cross country and track almost 20 years ago. Friends, parents of athletes, and colleagues would ask for help with fitness goals. It was then that Training for Life w/CK was truly born! I developed a new passion for helping individuals learn about concepts such as well rounded eating, how to maintain a consistent fitness routine, or how to achieve peak performance. I work hard to get to know my clients and develop plans that minimize the risk of injury for the beginner to competitive athlete. I believe in training the whole athlete. My approach goes beyond just physical conditioning. Focus is on mindset, consistency, nutrition, and injury prevention. With your individualized training program, you can be sure that you are getting the best preparation for your sport and reaching your goals!
